A concept design for an Essex-based NHS doctors surgery was developed in response to the client's brief, setting out the proposed layout, functionality, and key design principles for approval. Following a period of review and collaborative discussion, the design was refined to align with the client's requirements and project objectives.  

The scheme was then prepared for tender and issued to selected contractors. After evaluating the returned submissions, a preferred contractor was appointed. The project was subsequently procured under a JCT contract, with EAP's Quantity Surveyor overseeing contract administration, cost control, and ensuring the works were delivered in accordance with the agreed scope, programme, and budget.
