Severe fire damage led to the loss of the roof structure and the majority of the first floor of a property in Hampshire, with additional consequential damage affecting the ground floor. The scale of the damage required a comprehensive assessment to ensure the remaining structure could be safely retained and restored. 

A multidisciplinary team of Structural Engineers, Architectural Designers, and Surveyors worked collaboratively to develop a coordinated remedial scheme, addressing both structural integrity and the reinstatement of the property's layout and appearance. Detailed proposals were prepared and issued for competitive tender, enabling the selection of a suitable contractor.

Following appointment, the project was delivered under a JCT contract, administered by the team to ensure effective cost control, programme management, and quality assurance. This coordinated approach enabled a timely and efficient restoration, returning the property to a safe and functional condition.
