Established in 1988, EAP Property Services Group has proudly provided bespoke services across all aspects of surveying, architectural design, engineering, and other key areas of the construction industry; all under one roof.
The company was founded by Robert Taylor, who continues to lead a dedicated team of surveyors, architectural designers, engineers, and administrative staff. With a commitment to delivering tailored, high-quality services, EAP has built a reputation for excellence over the decades. With a head office based in Colchester, a subsequent second office in Cambridge, we are able to serve anywhere within mainland UK.
