Potential flooding, power cuts and travel disruptions were prevalent when the storm hit but also throughtout the weekend it is expected these disruptions may continue due to the damage caused by Storm Benjamin.
While the storm has now passed and we are now experiencing the tail end and aftermath of Storm Benjamin, damage is still expected to be uncovered and disruption to daily life will be prevalent.

Power cuts affected many homeowners in the East of England, with extreme high tides on the Norfolk coast also causing damage to properties.
Storm Benjamin caused flooding in areas of the East of England and Wales, with trees and foliage uprooting and causing extreme damage to buildings such as the below of Sheppey Leisure Complex in Sheerness that was forced to close due to this unexpected event.
