We're Expanding: Join Our Team

We are expanding our team here at EAP, specifically in our Colchester office. We are looking to recruit a structural engineer, to be based in office.

You would be required to have sound technical knowledge and experience with working across a range of construction projects in the residential and commercial sectors. You will also be expected to demonstrate determination to provide a market leading experience.

Must Have Skills

• Ability to design in concrete, steel, masonry & timber.

• Excellent communicate skills, both orally and written.

• Minimum of 2 years experience.

• Sound understand of Eurocodes.

• Ability to prepare drawings using AutoCAD.

• Ability to formulate remedial specification.

• Always maintain a flexible approach.

• Have sound knowledge in the use of TEDDs, AutoCAD, Microsoft Work & Excel.

• Ideally be MICE qualified or willing to work towards.

• Ability to work accurately under pressure.

• Experienced in the carrying out of structural inspections of varying degrees of complexity.

• The candidate must have a full UK Driving Licence and use of their own car.
